Weekends Schedule
Our retreat starts at 10am on Friday May 6th. We will say goodbye and end our retreat by 5pm Sunday. Please plan to get checked into your room before the retreat starts on Friday as we will have some special gifts waiting there for you that you will need throughout the weekend. Each day we will eat lunch around noon and dinner together in the evening. Through out the day there will be a variety of snacks at break times. This will be a fun interactive experience. There will be lots of time to walk the trails in the woods or sit by the private lake. We even plan to have a camp fire at least one night (weather permitting). Saturday there will be time at break to get a chair massage from one of the teripast we will have on hand. Intention for each day: Friday: We will start by create new awareness to the
thought patterns that may be currently running you. These patterns may
have served you at one point, but could be keeping you stuck in the
cycle of self sabotage and struggle now. By seeing these programs, you
will have the power to change your life.
Sunday : Your morning is all about self care. We will
have several activities you may choose to participate in, including
massage therapy, Qi Gong (like Tia Chi), PiYo, or if it serves you to
sleep in and drink your coffee next to the lake we invite you to do
that. |
