Entershamement is slapstick Diva heaven, full of ridiculous and relevant song-and-dance numbers, roller-skates, a live chicken, and genuine human frailty. The Diva in question is Amy G, "a comic powerhouse with a spectacular voice,” (The Australian) who you may remember from La Soiree at Union Square Theatre (Best Unique Theatrical Experience 2015). Equal parts singer, actress, and virtuosic clown, she gleefully defies shame and categorization. Entershamement is directed by writer, teacher and director John-Stuart Fauquet.
