Are tickets available for purchase at the door?

Yes. Ticket sales begin 30 minutes before curtain on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

An ID may be requested if purchasing wine/champagne. 

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is free, onsite parking available.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not need to bring your printed ticket. Everyone will need to "check-in" with the attendant.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds for tickets purchased are not available. However, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of an Opera NEO 2016 production of equal or lesser value, upon availability.
