Enter The Sparkle Zone...a freak-tastic variety show hosted by Philip 'Sparkle' and featuring NY's most fabulous performers and comedians creating creating original works of theatre, song, and dance for one night only! The Sparkle Zone ran for years at The Annoyance Theatre NY, where it was listed regularly as a critic's pick in Time Out NY and other outlets. Now, the show is back at The Duplex with one goal: to bring the whimsy and joy to your life! This month featuring:
Philip Markle moved to NYC in 2013 to launch the theatre and training center of The Annoyance Theater NY, where he acted as its Director until Fall 2016. He has produced, performed and taught worldwide, from Berlin to Bali, and performs weekly in NYC at the major comedy theaters and in the Off-Broadway music improv show BLANK: The Musical. He produced and performed with "The Annoyance Presents" on IFC's Digital series Comedy Crib. Philip's one man-show Sparkle Hour was featured in the 2013 International NY Fringe Festival.
