Dame daDA & the Meta Show premiered on the Hair of the Dog stage at the Burning Man Festival in the summer of 2016 with follow up shows at Center Camp’s Spoken Word Stage and on the mutant vehicle “The Zenith” created by sTeVe TV. The following winter, Nichole Hamilton presented the piece in Gainesville, Florida as part of the Acrosstown Repertory’s “Homegrown Festival” and again in the spring as part of a developing pilot entitled “Portrait of an Actor” by filmmaker James Babanikos. Most recently, Dame daDA appeared at the 2017 Minnesota Fringe Festival where one man stopped her on the street and exclaimed “I don’t know what I just saw, but I loved it.”
