Description
Resolved to learn bondage in 2018, but your rope skills begin and end at tying your shoes? This is the perfect class for you! Stefanos & Shay will get you started with two basic knots and two extremely versatile ties that can be used to create a hog tie, spread eagle, frog tie, box tie position (hands behind back), and more! Great bondage doesn’t require knowing a lot of fancy and complicated knots, just that you know how to apply a few very basic and multi-purpose ties — by the time you leave this class, you’ll have a solid foundation of knowledge that will serve you well in the bedroom or the dungeon. Although there will be a heavy focus on hands-on learning, Stefanos & Shay will also cover the basics of bondage safety, building a rope kit, active bottoming, and applying these skills to create a rope bondage scene. * This is an interactive class. Everyone is encouraged to both get tied up and to learn the ties. * The instructors will have some rope available to borrow, but please bring two 10 - 15 foot pieces if possible. * Coming with a partner is not required. You can practice on yourself or pair up in class! They are based in San Francisco, where they host over 60 events a year (including BENT, Twisted Windows, Master’s Den, Self-Suspension Open Space, & Bondage-a-Go-Go) and were named King & Queen of Pervert's Prom in 2006! Shay is a medical professional by day, education director for Dark Odyssey: Surrender and writer/creator of bondage safety repository RemedialRopes.com by night, as well as a prominent self-suspender known for unique, dynamic rigs and prodigious performances. Stefanos is all kink all the time as DM & CEO of Bondage-a-Go-Go, event manager at the SF Citadel, and Producer/Steward of Kink.com’s The Upper Floor. Together they have performed, presented, and hosted around the country and internationally. |
