Description
The Phoenix Youth Symphony is celebrating its 65th Anniversary and will honor local music teachers in our annual Teacher Appreciation Concert Feb. 25, 2018. Come join us and experience 200 of the finest young musician in our community. You will hear the Strings Orchestra, Percussion Ensemble, Symphonic Winds, Chamber Winds and the Symphonette perform great works of music by composers such as Mozart, Smetana, and Wagner. Our Concert will conclude with the majestic grand orchestra performance of all of the student participants. Maestros Doreen Press, Ian Grzyb, Aaron Vogel and Dr. Walter Temme hope to see you for an evening of terrific live music that will awe and inspire you.
