Description
The theme of our 2017-2018 season explores various aspects of the Power of Music. In October we performed music that referenced or resulted from political forces of the times. At Christmas we heard and "Celebrated" the Power of Music; in February we focused on the Spiritual aspects achieved through the power of music. Our concert now will celebrate how singing can bring us together and how it is more unifying than dividing. We have invited area choirs to join us for this musical celebration. Singing is not a universal language, but singing is worldwide. See how “Harmony” is used in different choirs, and in different cultures, to support the song "I'd like to teach the world to sing." |
