Chris & Gavin want YOU to vote them to BROADWAY!
How
do two, down on their luck, former musical theater stars revive their
careers? By going to the people with a campaign to get elected to
Broadway, of course!
Come
see through sketch, song and unintentional nudity, how Christopher
Sloan & Gavin Esham plan to turn Broadway on its ear by tackling
tough subjects like:
• The casting couch: Is it as comfortable as it could be?
• Is that a prostitute or just a chorus girl between shows too lazy to take her makeup off?
• Even though HAMILTON is amazing, why is history still boring?
Experience for yourself why these two mavericks deserve to be shoved directly into the white hot lights of The Great White Way!
Ben
Brantley of the New York Times says, "How did you get this number?" And
Anderson Cooper of CNN says, "Get out of my room before I call the
police!"
So vote your heart and throw your support to Chris & Gavin!
Because
if this past disaster of a presidential election taught us anything,
it's that you don't have to be someone to get elected to something!
Christopher
Sloan and Gavin Esham are writer/performers who met while doing an
Off-Broadway play in the early aughts. Both had solo success in musical
theater and concert work but magic was made when they decided to combine
their talents and create the CHRIS & GAVIN sketch and musical
comedy team.
Two of their most popular shows
are CHRIS & GAVIN’S BROADWAY CAMPAIGN SPECTACULAR in which they
poked fun at the Broadway community and the political campaign process
and CHRIS & GAVIN’S HOW TO LOVE GUIDE which takes audiences through
the triumphs and pitfalls of navigating love in the big city.
In
2017, CHRIS & GAVIN took their act on the road and were featured
performers in the Scranton Fringe Festival. Follow their antics on
Facebook and Instagram @chrisandgavin.
