Craig Nolan, Instructor Description
This workshop will demonstrate how to properly stretch
the major muscles of the human body. The
stretches will be performed both individually and with the assistance of a
partner. Proper breathing techniques
will be emphasized and practiced. The
stretches performed can be used for enhanced sports performance, reduction of
injury and for relaxation and meditative practice. Wear comfortable clothing
and shoes. Age: 18+
