Fumi
Abe is a Japanese-American stand-up comedian based in New York City by
way of Columbus, Ohio. His comedy has been featured on Rooftop Comedy,
MTV Decoded, and Seriously.TV. Drawing inspiration from his experience
growing up in the Midwest as an immigrant, Fumi slings jokes about
family, being a millennial, his white girlfriend, and everything else in
between. In 2017, Fumi was selected as a semi-finalist at the Stand Up
NBC competition. He also recently opened for Ronny Chieng from the
Daily Show at Carolines on Broadway. In addition, he has performed at
various comedy festivals across the country such as Limestone Comedy
Festival, Boston Comedy Festival, and was part of the Audible.com Fresh
Voices Showcase at SF Sketchfest. Fumi is also a co-producer of Nothing
Important!, a monthly comedy show in Brooklyn that was recently featured
on Time Out New York as "One of The Best Comedy Shows in NYC".
Mary
Beth Barone Mary Beth Barone is a Manhattan-based comedian, improviser,
and actor. She performs stand-up allll over the country at venues like
Gotham Comedy Club, the Upright Citizens Brigade (on both coasts), and
The Good Good Comedy Theatre. Mary Beth not only has short hair–she has
produced, written, and starred-in over 30 web videos since 2016
including the sketch series Double Homicide, and the acclaimed short
film Mary Beth’s Sex Tape. Mary Beth has a monthly stand-up residency at
PUBLIC hotel in New York City with her frequent collaborator Michael
Cruz Kayne. She currently hosts/produces the podcast Mildly Offensive
and was featured in Viceland’s comedy docuseries, Funny How? Mary Beth
has also been in videos for PureWow and Betches.
