Description
The El-Salomons are celebrating Valentine’s Day by hosting a love themed variety show! Featuring Sara Hennessey (Just for Laughs), Pat Regan (Comedy Central), FabtheDuo (Boyfriends who sing together!), & Julia Young (Desus & Mero). Singles, couples and even the polyamorous are welcome. The El-Salomons take the motto ‘make love not war’ very personally. Jess Salomon (hilarious comic) and Eman El-Husseini (also hilarious comic) met and fell in love at a comedy club in Montreal nearly a decade ago when a friend of theirs suggested, “you two broads should kiss”. Jess is Jewish and Eman is Palestinian (basically enemies), one is a Taurus and one is a Leo (ENEMIES!!), but they somehow make it work. It’s probably the hummus. Now based in New York, these two accomplished comedians have been hitting stages as a duo. From the prestigious Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal, to San Francisco Sketchfest and all the way to the Arctic, they have been making people laugh, spreading love, and trying not to get a divorce.
