Food and Cocktail Pairing Description
This year's pairings are inspired by varying movies and genres. It's Chef Nathan Pauley's and Beverage Director Cait Moorhead's take on "Dinner and a Movie". You'll get 3 amazing courses paired with cocktails all based on the movies selected for that night. August 25th will be featuring Action Films. Dishes and drinks will be inspired by Gangster classic: Goodfellas, Superhero/comic film: Dark Knight, and grizzled action film: Road House.
This pairing will pack a serious punch.
