The StrengthsFinder assessment by Gallup Education is a personal development tool. It provides an individual with their “Top 5” strengths. 34 different strengths themes are divided into four domains of Strategic Thinking, Relationship Building, Influencing and Executing. In this workshop, you’ll find out your “Top 5”, we’ll examine positive psychology, why starting with strengths works, reflect on how our strengths show up in our lives, and why it’s beneficial to surround yourself with people with complementary strengths. We’ll also discuss goal setting as a tool for personal development. Workshop meets on Saturday, 2/29 from 9:00-11:00AM at the Washington campus. Age 16+.
