Bring On Spring Craft Fair
Saturday & Sunday, March 21 & 22, 2020 11am-4pm We have minimized the number of contributing artisan vendors this year in hopes of maximizing profitability for affiliates as well as making the most of our limited space to accommodate those guests attending and looking to sip, shop & settle in with some food. To this end, we are offering an 10x10 space in our ballroom for $75 per vendor. This charge covers both days of participation, but does not include tables, linens, etc. Attending vendors are required to include a list of their intended sales products in their confirmation email so we can verify and avoid duplication of products. our goal is to encourage and promote diversity throughout the event in terms of items/offers/promotions, and to guarantee this - duplicate items like soaps, body creams, candles, and some other items will be restricted from some merchants. If you are selling edible products, you are expected to contact and verify the necessary permits and certifications with our Board of Health. This information will be required on the premises during the event in compliance with BoH regulations and requirements for additional evaluation at & during the event at the discretion and convenience of that department. Once payment has been received and confirmed, a vendor email will be sent out March 5th with participation instructions for arrival and setup. We invite any input and questions you may have during the organization of this event. This is an indoor event, as such we do not expect intense traffics or attendance like outdoor festivities offer. We expect 250+ guests per day to visit the event, our initial ad is already located on our Facebook and will be posted on our Instagram in the coming weeks - we encourage all participating vendors to share this ad/information on their promotions as well. The winery can offer chairs for vendors who need them, however we will not have tables, linens, or any other materials available - participating vendors are expected to come equipped with necessities. |
