Description
Indiana Recovery Network (IRN) has developed a new education campaign specifically related to substance misuse recovery, recovery community organizations (RCOs), and enhancing community networks for resources and support.
This training will focus on communities and the following topics. • Identifying the difference between treatment and recovery, including defining recovery • Addiction as a chronic disease • Recovery infrastructure • Stigma within systems • Accessing recovery supports and services • Becoming a recovery ready community- we will offer TA on RCO development for individuals and organizations who are interested For questions regarding this training please contact Sean McDonough at smcdonough@mhai.net Additional Information
