Current American Heart Association standards for one and two rescuer cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and obstructed airway procedures on the adult, infant and pediatric victim.  Use of automated external defibrillator and resuscitative equipment.  Students receive healthcare provider BLS eCard upon successful completion of the course.  






STEP 2: The cost for skills instruction/assessment is $25 which covers the cost of instruction and your card.   Register through PurplePass and pay the $25 fee to reserve a seat in class.  You need to complete both the online portion (step 1) and the skills portion (step 2) in order to be eligible to receive your AHA BLS Provider card.  You will receive your card on the same day upon successful completion of the skills course.  Please add one ticket to your cart and pay the fee to reserve your seat.


Step 3:  Attend the in person skills session at the 18th St Campus located at 555 N 18th St, Phoenix, AZ  85006.  The class will be on the 2nd floor, room 227 (EKG Technician Classroom).

Turn left off of the elevators and then an immediate right.  The class is the last room on the left at the end of the hall.  Please remember to bring your certificate of completion of the online coursework with you.

Due to COVID-19, students will need to enter the building through the main doors.  Only two people are permitted at one time in the elevators.  All attendees and staff are required to wear masks at all times while on campus and in the building, as well as exercise social distancing.  Class size is limited to smaller numbers to accomodate CDC guidelines.

Parking:  Please enter off of 18th Street and VanBuren.  The GateWay campus is located in the medical professional building next to St. Lukes.  Please do not park directly in front of the building as those areas are reserved for handicapped parking and staff/vendors.
