Coby Carter, 25, born in Lubbock, Tx and raised in Portales NM completed an Agbusiness degree at Eastern New Mexico University in Portales in 2017. He has a thriving Western swing and classic country dance band in residing now in south Texas, and has won many awards as an artist and a band such as “Western swing male vocalist of the year” and “group of the year” from the Academy of Western Artists. He has been a part of the Lincoln County Cowboy Symposium all but 2 years since he was 9 years old, and looks forward to the next chapter as The All American CowboyFest!
