As you may know, the La Soufrière volcano on the island of Saint Vincent erupted on April 9, 2021. The eruption was so explosive that the plumes traveled to nearby islands such as Barbados. Saint Vincent, which is known for its beautiful beaches and luscious landscape, is was covered in thick ash. This eruption has taken a serious toll on the island, displacing over 16000 of its inhabitants. Many experienced power outages and currently there is a limited water supply.

Four months later, the country is in the process of rebuilding. The Underground Concert Series is doing a fundraiser to collect money and supplies for the children of St. Vincent as they prepare for the new school year. Many families have been severely impacted financially by the aftermath of the eruption.

To help raise money and collect supplies for the families in need, we are hosting a Puff n Paint event. Bring your own weed, drinks and friends for a fun evening of art and charity. The paint portion of the event will be led by graphic designer and illustrator, Etherspark Designs. A portion of all proceeds will go directly to collecting and shipping supplies to the students of St. Vincent & The Grenadines. School supply donations are optional but gratefully welcomed.
