Award winning chef/co-owner Terry Eleftheriou of Shipwreck Grill curates a delicious fresh seafood luncheon with a Seafood Bisque, Brown Butter, Lemon and Sage Halibut and an Apple Tatin - Almond Crumble, Vanilla Ice Cream, Salted Caramel Sauce. We will pair lunch with Spottswoode Sauvignon Blanc. Highly acclaimed and rated 92 points by Wine Spectator, this wine is considered one of the “Super Sauvignons,” a term coined by wine writer Karen MacNeil to describe a rare class of wines considered to be among the world’s utmost expressions of this noble grape.
