Description

The Faculty and Guest Artist and Dance Concert will feature choreography by Coker Dance faculty Angela Gallo, Natalia Schradle, and Meredith Sims as well as Guest Artists Tex the Artist and Ephrat Asherie. The Coker Repertory Dance Company, under the direction of Natalia Schradle will perform a contemporary hip hop dance by Los Angeles-based choreographer Tex the Artist. International guest artist Ephrat Asherie set a house and breaking piece on Coker Dance majors during a week-long residency. Dances will explore universal themes of community, resiliency, and empowerment.
