ANDREA will be teaching a workshop from 10am -11am of mat Pilates.
As a certified Instructor of Pilates and her years of Instructor as a Middle Eastern Dancer (aka Belly Dance) ...she brings to the workshop the technique of the all important first step to keep the body limber and flexible for dance and as a use full way to heal dance related body injuries.
