Creating a sustainable and diverse medical workforce is instrumental to eliminating health disparities and assuring equity in the communities most at risk of poor health outcome. The GSMA Career Mentorship Program (GCMP) aims to energize, cultivate and empower students in K-16 to successfully pursue and complete a medical education. The programs goals also seek to provide guidance to medical students and early career health professionals to navigate their professional pursuits and provide guidance to assure safe retention in their work environment.
