Transformations is an intimate, mixed media event that creatively commemorates the tenacity of women, and the importance of prioritizing one's own health and wellness. The show integrates fashion, live painting and a classic vocal recital by Chelsea Betz, mezzo-soprano, teacher and ultrarunner, with pianist Michelle Hynson. Featured musical repertoire and performance art will reflect upon this theme.

Talented local artists Hannah Ricke and Neda Stevic will create art live during both the matinee and evening performances, using the musical repertoire of the vocal recital as their muse.  Selected work of each artist will also be on display.

Runway fashion will be creatively integrated into show choreography, offering a unique perspective on the female form.  Fashion looks provided by Corner Closet in Cedarburg, Wisconsin.

About the event location: 
Once Cedarburg’s lumberyard, the LumbAryard is a historic property owned by Dr. Jeanie Crawford, who converted the buildings on campus into creative, rentable spaces.  The primary building houses SBR (SWIM BIKE RUN) Therapy and Wellness, YogaOne Studio, and the Back Space, a dedicated space used for hosting unique happenings focused on health and wellness.
