Critique Theatre Company presents SLASHER by Alison Moore, directed by Emma Glose. This hilarious hit of 2009's Humana Festival of New American Plays at the Actors Theater of Louisville combines the camp of a horror flick with the tension of a family drama.

When she's cast as the "last girl" in a low-budget slasher flick, Sheena thinks it's the ticket to financial freedom she's been waiting for. But news of the movie unleashes her housebound mother's thwarted feminist rage, and Mom is prepared to do anything to stop filming...no matter who gets hurt.

SLASHER will be presented under special arrangement with Concord Theatricals and generous support from the Regional Arts Commission at the Greenfinch Theatre and Dive (2525 S Jefferson Ave 63104) from 10/31-11/10 with 8 pm showings Thu-Sat at 8 pm and Sunday matinees at 2 pm.  Tickets are $20.
