JD Cerna's GLAAD-Media Award Nominated Solo Show about the search for purpose and the search for income.
A semi-autobiographical performance piece that takes audiences on a hilarious exploration of purpose, searching and survival set in 1994, a time when young gay men's pursuit of purpose was often obstructed by the crashing reality of AIDS. "A triumphant cry of victory" says the Washington Post. "Cerna writes with a wonderful sense of humor and humanity" says the New York Daily News. JD Cerna was a featured columnist for The Washington Blade from 2002 - 2005. He played the lead role opposite Mary Beth Hurt in Mark Christopher's ("54") first award-winning film, "Alkali, Iowa".
