This ticket is a revocable license and may be withdrawn and admission refused any time upon refunding the printed purchase price. "Thief Presents" reserves the right to: (a) eject any ticketholder without a refund from the premises for disorderly behavior, or for failing to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein. Resale or attempted resale of ticket on Think Tank Gallery property or as otherwise prohibited by law is grounds for seizure and cancellation. The ticket holder agrees not to record or transmit (or aid others in doing so) any description, video, picture or reproduction of this event. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotional (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of "Thief Presents". By entering the premises for an event, the ticketholder: (a) grants a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free and irrevocable right to "Thief Presents" and its respective affiliates, assigns, agents, contractors and employees to utilize the ticketholder’s image, likeness or voice in connection with any broadcast, photograph or any other reproduction, in whole or in part, of this event for any commercial or other purpose via any media (now known or hereinafter devised); (b) voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal injury (including death), property damage and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to this event, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event (including, without limitation, the risk of injury (including death) or property damage due to the negligence or misconduct of the performers (as defined below) or other attendees); and (c) agrees to release and hold harmless each of "Thief Presents", "Dead Meadow", “John Kennaman”, "Think Tank Gallery", the promoters and each of their respective employees, players, musicians, officers, directors, members, partners, owners, affiliates, sponsors, contractors, and other agents and their respective affiliates, members, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any loss, damage or injury (including death) resulting from such ticketholder’s attendance at such event. All sales are final. No refunds.
